Case of Mondays.
The Office Space. Not only the movie. I am in my new office space. Luckily, no case of Mondays, but I just heard two guys in the man’s room saying something similar about Mondays. And weekend’s football. And some team beating another one 75:0. That’s just not right. Not complaining about Mondays, not beating 75:0. At which point the coach says: ‘OK, guys, cool it, no more touchdowns!’
This morning I was the designated lead at our Bible study. Finishing off Andy’s (divine man) ‘When God’ series (http://northpoint.org/messages/when-god/when-god-is-late/). Part of the study group was missing – hoping that nothing to do with me leading it…
It is interesting how suddenly so many people know (knew) about Selective Mutism. I, for one, had no idea about this until about 2-3 weeks ago.
My friend Mike sent me a poem, written by his young son (11 years old?) about beating his colitis. With his permission, I’ll post it tomorrow.
