Pain.

A brief overnight flight to Chicago began by three prior flights being canceled due to Atlanta 3″ snow apocalypse.  Then, after 3-4 delays, our flight actually takes place.  I’m thrilled with getting an upgrade to first, which was lovely.  Chicago was great and windy.  Word “wind” needs to have a separate definition in Merriam Webster for Chicago.  Returning back was a middle seat in the tail of the plane.  The old adage about alcohol killing pain was followed, but half way through the brief flight, the lower back started sending me signals about troubles ahead.  This morning it confirmed it  🙂

Is it a spoiled body, old age or a simple need to stretch before the flight so the muscles and bones are “warmed up”?  Going to follow this guy’s example of stretching:
